1. General Terms

At Swayys, we ship your orders quickly, securely, and efficiently. By placing an order with Swayys, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed, inspected, packaged, and delivered to the carrier within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.

Processing times may be longer during peak periods such as holidays, promotions, or peak demand.

We are not responsible for intermittent processing due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

3. Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 5 to 14 business days after shipment.

In some cases, delivery times may be longer due to:

Single carrier.

Holidays or peak periods.

Customs inspections or import procedures.

Important Note: All delivery times are subject to change and are not binding. We are not responsible for issues beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Promotional activities (such as free shipping) apply only if clearly stated on our website.

Free shipping can be combined with insurance for loss, damage, or loss of goods (if required).

5. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Taxes

International shipping may incur customs duties, import taxes, and other taxes.

These costs are borne by the customer and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any one-time or total additional costs incurred due to customs procedures.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information

It is your responsibility to fill in your address information correctly and completely.

We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information, and any additional shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer.

7. Loss or Damage During Transit

We provide packaged products to prevent damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt at W2528553309@gmail.com, attaching audio and photographic evidence of the product, packaging, and shipping labels.

We will assist you in making a statement to the carrier, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by third parties. 8. Order Tracking

After shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Full tracking information may take up to 5 business days after shipment.

9. Returns

Returns must be registered in advance at support@swayys.com.

Returns not registered in advance, or returns to an address where the customer has not received the correct return address from us, are not eligible for a refund.

The cost and risk of returns are borne entirely by the customer.

For hygiene reasons, opened and sealed products cannot be shipped.

10. Shipping Location

Our products are shipped from a logistics center located in China. Therefore, international shipping time, customs clearance fees, and other additional charges may apply.
