At Swayys we want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return an item, we strive to make the process as clear and easy as possible.
1. General
By placing an order with Swayys, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Returns Policy. Our aim is to ensure that the returns process is smooth, complies with legal regulations and respects hygiene and product safety.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order without reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. This period begins on the date you (or your designated recipient) receives the goods.
3. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
• Opened hygiene products (such as dietary supplements, capsules, tablets and powders). • Customized products or products made to your specific requirements.
• Products that cannot be returned due to their nature (such as perishable goods or goods with a limited shelf life).
4. Return conditions
• Returns must be registered in advance via support@swayys.com.
• Once registered, you will receive the correct return address and instructions from us.
• Products must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Please include photos showing that the product is unused and sealed.
• Returns without prior registration are not eligible for a refund.
• Returned items must arrive at our returns address within 14 days of registration.
5. How do I return the product?
1. Please send an email to support@swayys.com and include your order number, name, reason for return, and product photos.
2. Receive an official return address and packaging and shipping instructions from us.
3. Pack the item properly and completely (all parts, labels and original packaging).
4. Use trackable logistics to ship the goods and keep the shipping receipt.
6. Costs and Risks
· Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
· Please ensure there is sufficient postage; packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
· We are not responsible for any loss, damage or theft that occurs during return shipping. 7. Inspections and Refunds
· Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) via the original payment method within 14 days.
If the product is not eligible for return, unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund. You may choose to return the item at your own expense.
8. The goods are damaged or delivered in the wrong way
Did you receive damaged or wrong merchandise? Please report by sending clear photos to support@swayys.com within 72 hours:

9. Return address
All returns are processed by our warehouse. You will receive the exact return address after registering your returns.
