SWAYYSis committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery services to customers worldwide. To ensure a smooth shopping experience. please carefully read the following policy information before placing your order:

International Delivery Coverage:

• We offer international delivery services covering most countries and regions worldwide.
• Please note: Due to operational limitations. we are currently unable to ship to certain specific countries (including. but not limited to: Afghanistan. Pakistan. Jordan. Libya. Kosovo. Iraq. etc.).

Order Processing Time:

• Under normal circumstances. all orders will be processed and enter the shipping stage within 24 working hours of successful order placement.

Shipping Address Modifications:

• Once payment is completed. you may still attempt to modify the shipping address before the order is dispatched from the warehouse.
• In rare instances where the order has been processed. handed over to the logistics carrier. and is in the early stages of transit. you may directly contact the local logistics carrier (e.g.. DHL. FedEx. local postal service) with valid proof of purchase. You can inquire whether they can assist in changing the final delivery address. Please note: This operation is at the carrier's sole discretion and has a limited success rate. SWAYYS cannot guarantee the outcome.

Delivery Timeline Explanation:

• After order processing is complete. you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
• Delivery times may be affected by various factors. including but not limited to:
  • The geographical location of the destination country and the efficiency of customs clearance processes.
  • Force Majeure Events: Such as extreme weather events. natural disasters. global or regional health crises (e.g.. impact of the COVID-19 pandemic).
  • Destination Country Specific Circumstances: Such as local public holidays. unforeseen policy adjustments (e.g.. US customs tariff policy changes causing clearance delays). infrastructure issues. or industry actions (e.g.. Canada Post strikes).
• Important Notice: swayys shall be exempted and retain all relevant rights regarding any delivery delays (including customs clearance delays) arising from the above-mentioned factors beyond SWAYYS's direct control (and not attributable to SWAYYS operations). We are committed to updating customers with the latest available logistics information whenever feasible.
